Similarities with the World Cup rules or other tournaments using World Cup rules are purely intentional and definately on purpose!
Fees:

    - active SBBM-Members: free
    - NAF-Members: 15€
    - non-NAF-Members: 20€

Team Building Rules

    - All 26 NAF-sanctioned rules are allowed, explicitly included are Khorne, Brettonians, and Slann.
    - Each coach has a total amount of money depending on the tier class (see below)
    - All tier teams have to spend a minimum of 1,100,000 gp (nominal 1100 TV) before any skills or stat increases can be bought.
    - You may spend the additional money from your treasury on inducements, and these then become a permanent part of your team
    - All inducements are permitted except Special Play Cards and Team Wizards. Teams must hire 11 rostered players before adding a Star Player
    - The setup of team (includes players, skills and inducements for games 1-6) have to be made before the tournament and the skills for both days have to be marked on the roster
    - Leftover money cannot be spent on the following day
    - After the players for a team have been bought:
    - For the outstanding money coaches may choose between the following:
        - Buy skills: (regular or double depending on positional access)
            - 20k regular skill
            - 30k a double skill (limited to 1 double for Tier 1-3) or for an second regular skills on the same player (depending on positional access). Stacking may be limited to one players per team for the whole tournament.
            - Tier 4 only for one player only:
                - 40k +MA/AV
                - 50k +AG
                - 60k +ST
        - Inducements cost the following and will count for all 6 games:
            - Star Players for their regular costs (Stars may be included in the team if 11 players from the standard roster have been chosen)
            - 50k Bloodwiser Kegs
            - Tier 3 & 4 only:
                - 50k Bribes for Goblins only
                - 100k Bribes for all other teams
                - 100k Masterchef for Halflings only

    -Total costs before game 1-2

    - Additional gold for games 3-4 to buy skills (note that the skills have to marked on the team roster):
    Tier 1   40kgp
    Tier 2   50kgp

    Tier 4   70kgp

    - 2 extra skills given before game 5 on two players, who haven't received a skill

Tiers:
Tier 1: Amazons, Bretonnians, Chaos Dwarves, Dark Elves, Dwarves, Lizardmen, Norse, Orcs, Skaven, Undead, Wood Elves
Tier 2: Chaos Renegades, Elf Union, High Elves, Humans, Khemri, Necromantic
Tier 3: Daemons of Khorne, Chaos, Nurgle’s Rotters, Slann, Underworld Denizens, Vampires
Tier 4: Goblins, Halflings, Ogres


Scoring:
- Win   5 Points
- Draw   2 Point
- Loss   0 Point
- Concession -10 Point

The following tiebreakers will be used:
    - Opponent Score
    - Net Touchdowns
    - Net Casualties
    - Coin Toss
